01 - 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
02 - 1 large lemon, juiced (about 3 tbsp)
03 - 12-15 fresh mint leaves

→ Sweetener

04 - 3 tbsp honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

→ Liquids

05 - 3 cups sparkling water, chilled

# How To Make:

01 - Place the cucumber slices, mint leaves, lemon juice, and honey/agave in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
