02 - 1.5 cups Lucky Charms cereal with marshmallows separated if desired
03 - 0.5 cup green candy melts optional for drizzle
04 - Green sprinkles or edible glitter optional

→ Board Components

05 - 1 cup mini pretzels
06 - 1 cup green grapes
07 - 1 cup green apple slices
08 - 1 cup gold-wrapped chocolate coins
09 - 0.5 cup green jelly beans or gummies
10 - 1 cup pistachios or mixed nuts
11 - 1 cup shortbread cookies
12 - 0.5 cup rainbow candies such as Skittles or M&Ms
13 - 0.5 cup marshmallows
14 - 1 cup chocolate-dipped strawberries optional with green tint or drizzle

# How To Make:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second intervals and stir between each interval until smooth.
02 - Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread evenly to approximately 0.25 inch thickness.
03 - Sprinkle Lucky Charms cereal and marshmallows evenly over the chocolate base. Melt green candy melts if using and drizzle over the bark. Add green sprinkles or edible glitter as desired.
04 - Allow the bark to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes until completely firm. Once set, break into serving pieces.
05 - Arrange Lucky Charms bark pieces at the center of a large platter or board as the focal point. Surround with pretzels, grapes, apple slices, chocolate coins, jelly beans, nuts, cookies, rainbow candies, marshmallows, and strawberries.
06 - Group similar colors and shapes together for visual appeal. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It's a show-stopper that takes almost no skill, which means you can spend your energy on making it beautiful instead of stressing over technique.
  • Everything on this board can be prepped ahead, so you're free to enjoy your guests instead of being glued to the kitchen.
  • The Lucky Charms bark becomes a conversation starter—people genuinely get excited about recognizing the colorful marshmallows suspended in white chocolate.
02 -
  • White chocolate seizes easily, so keep your microwave intervals short and your stirring gentle—impatience creates grainy, broken chocolate that no amount of mixing will fix.
  • Separating Lucky Charms marshmallows is tedious but worth it if you want a cleaner look; I realized halfway through my first batch that a rough hand-separation works better than trying to be precious about it.
03 -
  • If your white chocolate is being stubborn and not melting smoothly, add a tiny bit of coconut oil or shortening—not butter—to help it along without breaking the emulsion.
  • Assemble your board on a darker platter or board rather than white, because all those bright greens and golds pop so much more dramatically against a darker background.
